Return Policy


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be unopened full packs and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you bill or accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do accept purchase orders. Purchases from our customers are most typically done via credit card or wired funds. 
We always work with and for the benefit of our customers, so if a billing necessary, we will assist you in your needs as best we can.

What carrier do you use for shipping?
We use UPS for all shipments.

What are your hours of operation for phone calls?
We are available by phone Monday - Thursday 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
